Aviella Aloha Appointment Policy

Aviella Aloha (Non-Refundable Deposit Payment for Services)

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

To prevent clients from getting bumped all of our engagements are reserved with a mandatory service deposit. 

Once a reservation request is paid online it is considered confirmed and not tentative. It is also NON-REFUNDABLE. That is why it is MANDATORY that you speak with Aviella Aloha directly before making any reservations for salon or on-site services. A consultation with Aviella Aloha is required BEFORE opting to purchase any type of Cinderella Hair Extensions or products. Items in the maintenance kit are never sold separately to NEW CLIENTS. A full maintenance kit for ALL Cinderella Human Hair Extensions applications is strongly recommended to nurture your 100% European Human Hair Extensions. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for any reason.

Aviella Aloha "Stylist to the Stars" rate = $95.00 an hour. On-site services are available WITH a prepaid on-site service transportation deposit at the same rate. Island Braids are offered a la carte at a rate of $5.00 per braid or $6.50 per cornrow. Dreadlocks, Box Braids and Hair Replacement Services are offered at the hourly rate. If you purchase hair through this website the shipping is not included. A $5.00 will be added to each bag of hair purchased to cover shipping. You can pay it at the time of service. 

ON-SITE SERVICE:

Aviella Aloha Stylist does not travel with cash on hand so please take care to have a few different dollar bills for cash payment for on-site services. A on-site service fee is required to confirm all on location appointments. Please have a cleared table and chair to sit the client in during the service. The hourly rate is calculated from the scheduled time of service until the task is complete. For Braids by the Beach services Aviella Aloha will secure the seating arrangements. 

** ISLAND BRAIDS is a CASH ONLY SERVICE. Your cost is $5.00 per braid, $6.50 per cornrow, $15.00 per wrap and $20 each for feathers and feed-in cornrow braid extensions. (Hourly rate does not apply here).
