This is the page to order your 100% European Human Hair Extensions during your consultation. Choose from Classic Hot Fusion Hair Extensions, I-Tip Beaded Hair Extensions, T-Hair Tape-in Extensions or Cinderella Strips below. Select Straight hair, Euro Wave or Body Wave textures.

How do YOU get started?

If you decide that now is not the right time for you, you will leave with a greater understanding of the wonderful world of extensions. Be advised that the $95.00 Consultation is non-refundable. To get started, you will need to reserve a meet up consultation at a location of your choice. On-site Service is available Tuesday through Saturday. Consultation Appointment start times begin at 8 am and end at 6:00 pm. We will do a V.I.P. 7 point hair analysis which includes an extensions 101 breakdown. We will also take a look at your hair color and discuss extension color options. As you decide to move forward with the service, we will place an order through this website to purchase the hair for a fabulous new look. The $95.00 prepaid deposit will serve as a one hour credit for your installation appointment performed at your place to stay.

Cinderella Hair Extensions can be ordered Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm Pacific Time.

 For new installations, we recommend you BOOK a meet-up appointment with Aviella Aloha for a Hair Analysis first. At that time we will introduce all the Cinderella Hair Extensions options and choose the hair color and wave pattern that best enhances your kind of beauty. Aviella Aloha can also install one extension strand upon request to give you an idea of what to expect and establish realistic expectations. While supplies last. 


Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the following eligible business day. Each hair extension type requires the equivalent of 260 - 300 strands for a FULL Installation if you want to add Volume and Length. A maintenance kit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to get the best results with this 100% European Virgin Remi Human Hair. Once the extensions are ordered and accepted payment for materials and hair is non-refundable.

HOW DO YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR CINDERELLA HAIR EXTENSIONS?

.PREPARE: On dry hair, gently remove any tangles and product buildup by brushing thoroughly with the Cinderella Hair Extensions Super Looper Brush starting at the ends and working up the base.

CLEANSE: On wet hair apply Cinderella Hair Extensions Shampoo and gently massage downward from scalp to ends with small circular motions. TAKE CAUTION NOT TO MASSAGE YOUR SCALP TOO AGGRESSIVELY OR TURN YOUR HEAD UPSIDE DOWN. Tilt your head slightly backwards and gently massage and rinse thoroughly with cool water. Repeat if necessary.

CONDITION: Remove excess water by gently squeezing with your hands and apply Cinderella Hair Extensions Conditioner downward from mid-length to ends. Leave on for 2 - 10 minutes depending on the amount of hydration needed and rinse with cool water.

TANGLED EXTENSIONS REMOVAL

 NOTE: Tape-in Extensions can be removed in 90 minutes or less. All other extension will take much longer to remove safely and correctly.

**If a client chooses to extend the life of his or her hair extensions beyond the recommend time frame Aviella Aloha will not be liable for any damaged, matted or tangled hair challenges. Aviella Aloha will not cut hair extensions out for any client. All Cinderella hair extensions can be removed without shears at $95 an hour.

STYLING YOUR HUMAN HAIR EXTENSIONS

STYLING: Because Cinderella Hair Extensions are 100% Human Remy Hair you can use a blow dryer, a flat iron, curling iron, hot rollers or any thermal styling tool. Set to a low or medium setting. Avoid getting styling products on the scalp or bond.

DRYING: Gently squeeze access water with your hands &/or pat dry with a towel to remove excess water. DO NOT RUB, TWIST OR SCRUB YOUR SCALP OR HAIR. Using your fingers, gently section hair and apply pH Balancer which closes the cuticle, adds shine and reduces the drying time. DO NOT RINSE PH BALANCER FROM THE HAIR. Use Cinderella Hair Extensions Leave-in Conditioning Mist if extra conditioning and detangling is needed and distribute evenly with a wide tooth comb.

LIFESTYLE CONSIDERATIONS

SLEEPING: Section your hair down the middle and brush each section starting with the ends and work up to the base. After brushing make a loose braid or twist and secure the ends. This will reduce tangling and provide easier styling. Aviella Aloha "Stylist to the Stars" recommends using a silk or satin pillow case because the fibers are tightly woven together to prevent frizz - compared to conventional pillow cases. NEVER GO TO BED WITH WET HAIR!!!


SWIMMING: Apply pH Balancer &/or Cinderella Leave-in Conditioning Mist before and after water activities and loosely braid hair. Afterwards, cleanse and condition your hair as soon as possible. For extra protection you may in addition use a swimming or bathing cap.


SPORTS/ PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Aviella Aloha Staylist to the Stars recommends loosely braiding or putting your hair up.

Cancellation or Change Requests

As soon as your order is submitted, we immediately begin processing. Cinderella extensions are special ordered specifically for the client but shipped directly to Aviella Aloha. Once shipped to us from the manufacturer they can not be cancelled even if the order has not arrived on Maui yet. We will make every attempt to honor your change requests whenever possible but we can not guarantee that your request will be applied to your order. Refused shipments are processed as a return and are subject to our standard return policies.

Return Shipping

 Return shipping is the customers responsibility. If you receive FREE SHIPPING due to a promotion, you must maintain eligibility status for that promotion. Otherwise standard shipping fees will be deducted from your credit.

Inaccurate Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt of the package during your installation appointment. Omissions or inaccurate shipments must be claimed within 24 hours of receipt. Accommodations are given for the exact item ordered. If a shipment is eligible for a refund it will be processed immediately. Reorders are charged a true shipping rate. This rate applies to domestic (USA) shipments including shipments to Maui.

Courtesy Shipments

Items that are shipped or sent as a courtesy to you due to a lost shipment, a short shipment, a promotion or a defective product are not eligible for refund or exchange.

CREDITS & EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not eligible for FREE SHIPPING or any other special promotion.

CREDITS

Credits are given via the original payment method. We can not issue cash refunds. Credit will be issued in the form of a salon appointment credit or gift certificate.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are not refundable and can not be cancelled. iF YOU ARE THE RECIPIENT, you may exchange any item(s) for other merchandise in our salon within the guidelines of our published return policy.

USE OF INSURANCE 

To comply with insurance codes, we can not accept a cranial prosthetic back for exchange or credit after the client requests and receives a receipt for a cranial prosthesis.

APPOINTMENT POLICY & TRAVEL FEE

Please click here to review the Aviella Aloha Appointment Policy. Appointment fees are calculated at a rate of $95.00 per hour. The clock starts precisely at the time of the scheduled appointment. Aviella Aloha V.I.P. ON-SITE service is an on time service. BE ADVISED: Clients who arrive to appointment locations late or who are challenged other types of delays including hair preparation for service are subject to the full hourly rate with NO EXCEPTIONS.

TRAVEL FEE

Travel fee is an additional charge that covers transportation roundtrip. On-site locations outside of our coverage area are subject to an additional charge to cover gas. Misrepresentation of appointment location are also subject to additional gas charges and or maybe subject to cancellation without refund.
